Do I have to order if I just want a quote?
Nope – not at all!
Getting a quote is totally free and non-binding.
I love reading your ideas, even if they don’t always turn into a final project.
Some of my best designs started with a simple maybe. Your messages inspire me.
1. What happens after I fill out the form?
Within 3 business days, you’ll receive a personalized quote based on your idea, budget, and available time slots.
You’re free to adjust the concept until you approve the design.

2. What is a design, and what is a finished product?
A design is a digital embroidery plan (PDF), created based on your input and reference photos.
It includes a visual mockup on your item and a color palette.
The product is the actual item with the embroidery, made after the design is approved.

3. Can I influence the design?
Absolutely! You can request up to 3 suggestions (e.g. color, size, placement).
Want to add more? You can purchase a Project Upgrade.
4. How do I reserve a slot?
By purchasing the design project, your place in my calendar is secured.
Product payment must be made at least 7 days before the embroidery begins.
5. What if I don’t pay on time?
Your slot will be released.
If you’re still interested, we can schedule a new date and I’ll send an updated offer.
6. What’s the difference with priority processing?
Priority projects:
– start within 1–2 business days,
– the design is delivered in 3 days,
– your suggestions are implemented in 1–2 days instead of 7.

Realistic portraits are always treated as priority.
7. What counts as a suggestion?
Changes in size, colors, or placement.
If your idea significantly alters the design, a new project will be needed.

8. How long does the process take?
– Design: 3 days (priority) or 7 days (standard)
– Product: depends on the slot you’re assigned.
Important: Please finalize any design changes before your embroidery begins.
Priority processing ensures quicker feedback – consider it if timing is important.
9. Can I personalize a ready-made hoop from the shop?
Yes! Each hoop listing includes the option to personalize the name.
Need more text or extra elements? Add a Project Upgrade.
All upgraded designs are treated as priority – I implement your suggestions within 3 business days.

10. What if I want two names or more details on a hoop?
No problem! Listings offer:
– extra names,
– additional characters,
– or design modifications.
Choose your Project Upgrade based on what you’d like to add.
11. What if something goes wrong during embroidery?
I take great care with your items – everything is done by hand.
If something goes wrong, I offer:
– embroidery on a replacement item (if available),
– a compensation hoop or other gesture,
– or a creative repair embroidery (like a stitched leaf).
I’m covered by professional insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung), and I always aim to make things right.
12. Will you hold a slot if I’m unsure?
Slots are reserved only once a design project is purchased.
Let me know if you need time – I’ll help you plan around it.
13. Who owns the design?
I create your design, but the copyright stays with me.
You may not copy, resell, or reproduce it commercially.
Legal basis:
Germany – §7 UrhG
Poland – Ustawa o prawie autorskim i prawach pokrewnych, art. 1–17
If you’d like a commercial license – I’m open to that, too!
14. How does shipping and payment work?
Sending your item to me:
– Wash it first (except for wool coats/overalls).
– Use insured shipping.
– You can send it to a parcel locker or post office location.
– I’ll send you the shipping address after the quote is confirmed.
Shipping from me:
– I ship with insured DHL or Hermes only.
Your full quote (incl. design, slot, and any upgrades) will arrive within 3 business days.
